Platonic Support
For help with your Platonic account, the website, or the Android or iOS app, contact support@theplatonic.com.
Include the account email or display name, the feature you were using, your device and app version, and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment details, or other people's private messages.
Account access
Use the password reset option on the sign-in screen if you cannot remember your password. If you cannot access your account email, contact support so we can arrange account-ownership verification. WhatsApp sign-in and linking are not available in this release.
Privacy and account deletion
Read the Privacy Policy or use the account deletion instructions. You can send a deletion request even if you cannot sign in. A request confirmation or sign-out does not by itself confirm that all associated data has been deleted.
Safety reports and appeals
Use in-app report and block controls for harmful profiles or content. You can also email support with an account or content reference, including for moderation appeals. Read our Community Guidelines and Child Safety Standards.
For suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation, use the subject “Child safety report.” Do not download, copy, or email illegal imagery. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
