Delete your Platonic account
You can request deletion of your Platonic account and associated data from inside the app or by email. We may need to verify that you control the account before processing the request.

Email us from the address connected to your Platonic account and include the display name or phone number associated with the account if available.
What We Delete
Deletion includes your account, profile, private account settings, and personal data associated with your account where deletion is technically and legally possible.
Data That May Be Retained
Some information may be retained when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, moderation audit logs, or safety enforcement. Public content may be removed or anonymized depending on the context and technical feasibility.
Timing
We aim to begin processing verified deletion requests promptly. Some deletion work may take additional time for backups, logs, moderation records, and service-provider systems.
In-App Path
In the app, go to Settings and use the account deletion option when available. This web page remains available even if you no longer have app access.
